Devastated

I have spent the last 2 hours crying. Every time I feel like I have hope it is taken away. Today was my ultrasound to check my lining and my follies. My follies are looking good, 4 on my right side, measuring around 10, 11, 12, and 13mm and 1 on my left side measuring about 10. My lining, however appears to have two polyps. I'm just devastated. Not only can they prevent implantation they can also cause miscarriages. They are going to continue this cycle, but I'm not being given hope this will work. I would need surgery to remove the polyps. This hurts so much, I don't know how many cycles I can handle this. I'm hoping to talk to the doctor on Monday at my appointment, since this was all told to me by my ultrasound technician.
